Customer Support

We provide our clinical customers with product education that supports their care of specialised clinical cases. Our sales team maintains close contact so that we adapt to the changing needs of our customers and patients.Our specialised products are affordable because we manage the value chain ourselves.

We have an onsite customer services team who are available to answer your questions, to process orders, follow-up on despatch and in transit status, and direct technical enquiries to the appropriate manager.
